The event is primarily aimed at organisations that can deliver training for the current workforce & those at risk of redundancy.
Places are limited, so please only register if you meet this criteria.
The purpose of this event is to gather evidence about the type of provision required to support employees and the self-employed who wish to improve their skills as part of the lifelong learning and workforce development theme of the European Social Fund (ESF) Skills for Growth Programme that can generally offer a 50% contribution to skills training provision. The evidence gathered will be aggregated to develop ‘open calls’ (tender briefs) during 2019.
This opportunity also includes funding support for employees at risk of redundancy and, more generally, projects that improve the relevance of skills training to businesses which in the long term will support businesses to create more and better jobs in the North East region.
Please find below a link to register for the engagement event on 18th January which you may be interested in attending.
